Finalmente no ha habido sorpresa en la categoría de mejor actor y en mejor actriz, la favorita ha ganado, pero ¿mejor actriz secundaria?

Le han dado el premio a Ruby Dee. American Gangster tiene maravillas pero esta actriz no es una de ellas.  Su interpretación es pasable pero no de premios. ¿Tendrá posibilidades para el Oscar? ¿Podrá derrotar a las favoritas, Ryan y Blanchett? Creo que se lo han dado por su veteranía, pero la Academia no pensará igual que un solo gremio (o eso espero)

Por su veteranía se lo han dado a Ruby Dee, pero no a Holbrook. El premio ha caído en manos de Bardem. Parece ser que está rozando el Oscar con las yemas de sus dedos ¿lo conseguirá finalmente?
